The name of the boutique comes from our experience of finding a new handbag we love - you know it's the bag for you because you just can't imagine the rest of your life without it! We hope that in the collection of bags we have put together, there will be at least one that wants to come and live with you. 

The 'It' bag has had it's day - why not buy yourself a handbag with individual style and quality, the perfect finish to lots of different outfits, that won't break the bank! You'll find all this here in our boutique. These include beautiful leather bags and eye-catching handmade bags in silk that you won't see in department stores. Availability

We don't believe in allowing customers to order and pay for bags that are not in stock. We've all been there and it's very annoying. So, if a bag is out of stock, it will say so and invite you to contact us to see when we will be getting more stock in. 
 

Payment

After clicking on 'add to cart' a message will drop down to tell you that your handbag has been added to the shopping basket. Just click OK and then you can either carry on browsing or click on 'secure checkout' which you will see in the top left of the screen, if you're ready to pay. Payment for your bag will be taken using our Payment Service Provider, Sagepay (formerly Protx). Because they are a leading provider of payment services, you can be confident in the knowledge that all your card details will be completely secure. No customers' card details are stored on our site. When you reach the checkout stage you will also have the option of using PayPal if you prefer. If you have any problems making your payment online, please call us on 01543 416137 or email us to place your order. Although we cannot currently take your card payment over the telephone, we are happy to make arrangements to enable you to pay by cheque or via a PayPal invoice, if you prefer not to pay via the secure checkout or have any problems doing so.

Delivery and returns

Once we have confirmed that we can process your order, we will dispatch your bag within 2 working days (usually sooner). Your bag will arrive in a box, lovingly wrapped in tissue paper for the journey. We hope you will love the bag, but if it's not what you wanted after all, simply send it back to us within 7 days after the date on which you received it and we will refund the full price of the bag. Or, if you have seen a bag on our site that you would like to exchange it for, get in touch and we'll arrange it.  If you need to return a bag, please contact us first for a returns number, which you can then put on the returns address label we include in your parcel.

We find that the majority of returns tend to be caused by customers not fully appreciating the size of the bag when they order it. To avoid ordering a bag and then being disappointed because it was not the size you expected it to be, we recommend you use a tape measure to make sure that you can envisage the dimensions we give on the website for each bag (if your head still works in imperial, 1 inch = 2.5cm). Please remember that if you have to return a bag, you will have to pay the postage costs.

Buying a present for someone?

Why not use our free Gift Service? Simply order your bag using your contact details (we will send the delivery note to you), and then contact us to tell us who you would like us to send the gift-wrapped handbag to, and what message you would like to go in the free handbag-shaped gift card. We'll do the rest. Please remember that the handbag will need to be signed for when it gets to the recipient.

We will be including owners’ opinions on our bags. If you find a bag you just can’t live without, we would love to hear how you feel about it.
