We'll send your bag by Royal Mail. Delivery costs £3.75 within the UK, regardless of the number of bags you order. Please remember that your order will need to be signed for, so please ensure you have given a delivery address at which you know there will be someone to sign for your order. You may prefer to use your work address, which is fine. Alternatively, we can send your bag on a day to suit you.

If there is no one on when the postman tries to deliver your parcel, they will simply leave a card to let you know where to collect your parcel from or how to arrange for re-delivery.

We guarantee to despatch your bag within 48 hours of us accepting your order (usually sooner). We will email you to let you know as soon as we have sent your bag.

At present you can only use the payment system on this site if you are within the UK, but if you are outside the UK and wish to order a bag, please email or Skype us and we will be happy to calculate the postage and arrange payment via a PayPal invoice.

If you need your bag very urgently, please contact us by email , 'phone (01543 416137) or Skype (our Skype name is emotionalbaggage or just click the button on the left) and we will do our best to help.

Delivery times:

We despatch handbags on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you place an order before 9am on any of those days, your handbag will be despatched that day. If you place an order after 9am, your handbag will be despatched on the next scheduled despatch day. If you need your bag more urgently, please call or email us and we will do our best to help.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE BEEN AWAY FROM 19 - 27 AUGUST 2010, SO ANY ORDERS PLACED DURING THIS TIME WILL BE DESPATCHED ON 31 AUGUST 2010.
