We'll send your bag by DHL (occasionally by Royal Mail if we need to). Delivery costs £3.75 within the UK, regardless of the number of bags you order. Please remember that your order will need to be signed for, so please ensure you have given a delivery address at which you know there will be someone to sign for your order. You may prefer to use your work address, which is fine. Alternatively, we can send your bag on a day to suit you.

If you think there might be no one in when your bag arrives, please send us an email, straight after you have placed your order, telling us what safe place the courier should leave the bag in so that we can inform the courier, and also please leave a note for the courier on your front door. The courier cannot leave the handbag in a safe place unless you leave a note for him/her. The note must be signed and be capable of being taken away by the courier as proof that it was OK to leave the parcel without a signature. This is very important - if the courier has to return to deliver your bag because you are not in on the first attempt, a £10 charge will be incurred.

We guarantee to despatch your bag within 48 hours of us accepting your order (usually sooner). We will email you to let you know as soon as we have sent your bag. Please note that DHL do not deliver on a saturday under the service we use, so if you are ordering on a Thursday or Friday, you will not receive your handbag until Monday at the earliest. If you do need to receive it on Saturday, please email us to arrange to pay an addititonal £8 (by PayPal) for guaranteed Saturday delivery.

At present you can only use the payment system on this site if you are within the UK, but if you are outside the UK and wish to order a bag, please email or Skype us and we will be happy to calculate the postage and arrange payment via a PayPal invoice.

Delivery times:

We despatch handbags on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If you place an order before 11am on any of those days, your handbag will be despatched that day. If you place an order after 11am, your handbag will be despatched on the next scheduled despatch day.
